A hotel web design project combining minimalist design and advanced functionality to capture the essence of Hotel Bidasoa, enhancing the digital experience for its guests.
Modernization with purpose
The primary goal was to modernize the hotel’s online presence. The previous website was a generic template provided by the booking engine—a common issue in the hospitality industry. This generic design failed to convey the sophistication and sustainability that define Hotel Bidasoa.
The previous website, based on a generic booking engine template, lacked the personalization and visual appeal needed to showcase Hotel Bidasoa’s unique qualities.
Focused Design and Visual Identity
The hotel’s visual identity needed clarity. I worked with the team to define a cohesive color palette and collaborated with Indra Collective to align the design with their vibrant, vintage-inspired photography, bringing the hotel’s unique character to life.
An interactive menu, inspired by The Hoxton website, was introduced to enhance user engagement and seamlessly integrate direct booking links, encouraging more reservations.
Casa Sanz & Bidasoa Restaurant
The project included creating dedicated subpages for both of the hotel’s restaurants. Each page reflects the unique atmosphere and culinary style of the restaurant while maintaining a cohesive visual connection to the rest of the site.
Optimized for a Global Audience
The website was built with a multilingual structure, fully optimized in two languages and adapted for all screen sizes. This hotel web design ensures a seamless experience for all users, whether on desktop, tablet, or mobile.
